Why it exists
Most buy desks run on a spreadsheet on one screen, market lookups on another, sticky notes on the counter, and math in somebody's head. It's slow and inconsistent, one deal at the wrong rate can cost more than weeks of software, and once the customer leaves there's no record of what happened.
